CalAPA's classes and forums share best-practices in asphalt
At the heart of CalAPA's mission is the widespread dissemination of accurate, timely and beneficial knowledge to the construction industry, public owners and others. The association achieves this through a variety of means, including conferences and seminars that feature knowlegeable presenters and access to the highest quality information available to the industry today. A half-day seminar focusing on important new changes to the Caltrans Section 39 Hot Mix Asphalt specification, published in June of 2009. There are new requirements for public owners who use the specification as well as contractors and suppliers. This class has been developed by the CalAPA Education Committee and reviewed and approved by Caltrans. SECTION 39 TRAINING
