CalAPA Strategic Plan

In August of 2007, members of CalAPA participated in a strategic planning retreat to chart the long-term direction of the association. The participants spent two days identifying the major issues affecting the asphalt pavement industry in California, determining the strategic goals of CalAPA, and developing action items and metrics to achieve those goals over a three-year period. With the merger of CalAPA and the Southern California-based Asphalt Pavement Association of California on Jan. 1, 2012, the unified association held the first statewide strategic plan development meeting on March 21 and 22, 2012 in Sacramento. Details about the plan will be released at a later date.
